DRAFT PREP
​
As Full Slate began preparing for the 2026 ReStocking Drafts - still unsettled with our final location - we are taking a unique approach to the draft schedule.​
​
Drafts have been compressed into 3 days instead of 4, as we try to keep as close to Opening Day as possible. This will allow for more timely information as rosters are firmed up, and position battles have been settled.
​
With this in mind, please beware of the need to strictly adhere to draft times. There will be very little buffer between drafts, so it is imperative that owners call into the conference call service ON TIME! We cannot be chasing down tardy owners!
​
Also, in cases where an owner has gone full rebuilding mode - resulting in a collection of several rounds of picks by themselves - we will be requesting those owners to submit their selections prior to the draft. We will then pass this information on to the other league owners so that their draft lists can be updated more reasonably. More details to come...
DRAFT DATES
​​
Owners were asked to inform us of personal conflicts with the draft days and times. we attempted to accommodate all requests.​​ That being said, the posted dates and times are now "etched in stone".
​
It is virtually impossible to move any dates and times at this point without a major disruption of the schedule.
If you are unable to participate, please submit a draft list with instructions no later than the Thursday prior to your league draft.
​OFF SEASON TRADES
​​​​​
Trading is now paused until Week 1, and may resume on March 23.
​​
Trade proposals must be submitted ​by both owners on the same day to be considered. Rulings on trades will be posted within 2 business days.
A new regulation is now in force: An owner may submit only 1 proposal per league and may not submit another until the current trade is confirmed or denied.
​​​
In some cases where owners have had past issues with their rosters, FullSlate may require a complete lineup in order verify accuracy. Also, failure to submit an accurate lineup may result in suspension of trading privileges!
​THE RESTOCKING DRAFT
​
​The annual Competitive Balance Drafts are scheduled for the weekends of March 14/15 & 21/22. Final draft dates and times will be posted on March 2.
​​​​​
​​​​​Owners must monitor their roster during these drafts to ensure that it is in compliance with the rules regarding roster composition: at no time may a 32-man roster consist of more than 20 hitters or 20 pitchers.
​​​
​​The deadline for submitting a draft list by mail is Wednesday March 4 for drafts the weekend of March 14/15; or March 11 for drafts the weekend of March 21/22.
​​
The deadline for submitting a draft list by fax or email is Thursday March 12 for drafts the weekend of March 14/15; or Thursday March 19 for drafts the weekend of March 21/22.​​

Abandoned Franchises: We lost 2 owners for 2026 - Mel Nehrkorn and James Lipsey. Together, they combined for 11 teams, hence the unusually large number of abandoned teams.
